My group and I had a few minutes to have a discussion on what we thought the quote,” To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong.” Meant. After the discussion we thought it meant that “you cant be afraid of being wrong and following your dreams”. I then researched what others thought this quote means to them. One of the first people I found said something such as this. Take a chance because if we thought we were always wrong we wouldn’t try anything new or else. Another person Saudi something such as this. Creativity is thinking newly, which means you may attract criticism from those who don’t want to change. Fearing criticism is fearing progress. Finally the last person I researched said something like this. Fear prevents us from being ourselves and thus from being who we truly are. After all this researching and finding what this quote mean to other people, I think this quote means to not have fear as a “road block” to your creativity.

Our group had a discussion of what we thought the quote,” Weeds are flowers too, once you get to know them.” From “Winnie the Pooh” by a A.A Milne. We think this quote means to not judge people or things by their looks, but by their personality traits instead. After researching I found one person who said something such as this, everyone is beautiful in some way and their or it’s, unique way. Another person came up with a quote that is very common, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” To them this quote means the same as the very famous quote “don’t judge a book by its cover.”

In the beginning our group had a few minutes to discuss what we thought this quote meant,” I wish everyday could be Halloween. We could wear masks all the time. Then we could walk around and get to know each other, before we got to see what we looked like underneath the mask.” We thought this quote means to judge people by personalities, and not their looks. We then had to research what others believe this quote meant to them. After a long time of researching, I found one person that said this quote and the book of Wonder (where it came from) addresses bullying in a special way. I think that after researching I believe this quote is about bullying, and how you shouldn’t judge people by their looks and instead of their personality.

Since we can only keep one type of candy in the world, it should be a tootsie roll. I think it should be a tootsie roll, because they come in many different flavors such as, chocolate and vanilla. They are also chewy and stay in your for a long time. Although they can hurt your teeth at first, you can really taste the flavor of your choice. You can also get them on different sizes, and lengths. You can get, fat ones, small ones, skinny ones, or big ones. They are also great to give out on Halloween! In my opinion my favorite flavored tootsie roll is the vanilla favored one. The most common tootsie rolls are the chocolate, small sized ones.
